विकृत व्यवस्था तंत्र :-
जब किसी देश में किसी अपराध के मामले में पीड़ित पक्ष को पंचायत, न्यायालय या किसी प्रशासनिक शक्तियों के समक्ष उपस्थित होने की अनिवार्यता नहीं रह जाती है और उसके द्वारा किसी व्यक्ति या शक्ति पर झूठे आरोप को भी अंतिम सत्य मान लिया गया हो, वैसी परिस्थिति में उस देश की जनता या नागरिकों हेतु किसी अधिवक्ता, साक्ष्य एवं गवाह की आवश्यकता नहीं रह जाती है, क्योंकि आरोप कर्त्ता का आरोप ही आरोपी को अपराधी सिद्ध करने हेतु पर्याप्त होता है और ऐसी स्थिति में न्याय हेतु पीड़ितों के हित या पक्ष में लिये गये निर्णय को ही न्याय की संज्ञा दी जाती है, साथ ही अपने आप को पीड़ित घोषित करने वाले पक्ष के लिये किसी भी प्रकार के दण्ड का विधान नहीं होता है, ताकि उनके सम्मान को ठेस नहीं पहुँचे और उन्हें समानता का पर्याप्त लाभ मिल सके, ऐसी विधि व्यवस्था वाला प्रशासन तंत्र प्रताड़ित वर्ग के हित और दृष्टि में न्यायालय मुक्त, मूक संविधान संरक्षित, बहुमत प्राप्त प्रतिनिधियों की सत्तासीन शक्तियों वाला विकृत व्यवस्था तंत्र होगा।

Distorted Democracy:-
When, in a country, the victim in a criminal case is no longer required to appear before a panchayat, court, or any administrative authority, and a false accusation made by them against any person or power is accepted as the absolute truth, then the people or citizens of that country no longer need a lawyer, evidence, or witnesses. This is because the accuser's accusation alone is sufficient to prove the accused guilty. In such a situation, a decision made in the interest or favor of the victims is considered justice, and there is no provision for any punishment for the party declaring themselves the victim, so that their honor is not harmed and they receive adequate benefits of equality. A nation with such a legal system would be considered, from the perspective of the oppressed class, an ideal nation operating under a constitution free from the constraints of the judiciary, but in reality, it would be a democracy belonging to the category of a distorted democracy.
