Introducing a non-anthropocentric leadership framework,
Integrating psychological, biological, ecological, and philosophical dimensions,
Formulating an original theoretical structure, namely an Integrative Leadership Model,
Expanding leadership studies beyond organizational or political boundaries into life-system sciences.
