बायोकेमिक औषधियों से असाध्य रोगों का उपचार :-
होमियोपैथिक एवं बायोकेमिक चिकित्सक हेतु स्मरणीय सूत्र :-
1. फेरम फॉस 6x : हर तरह का बुखार तथा फेफड़े के समस्त विकार की महत्वपूर्ण औषधि है, लेकिन लक्षण समष्टि के आधार पर ही फेरम फॉस या अन्य औषधियों या दवाओं का भी आवश्यकतानुसार उपयोग उचित है। सूखी खाँसी। टी बी, निमोनिया, श्वास कष्ट। श्वास लेने में कष्ट। पेशाब कम और किडनी का दर्द। भूख की कमी। पेट दर्द के साथ अतिसार। सामने ललाट का दर्द और / या दायीं ओर का सिर दर्द। आँख के गोलकों में मुख्यतः दायीं आँख का दर्द। कन्धे का दर्द और मुख्यत: बायें कन्धे का दर्द। हृदय रोग और दायें ठेहुँने का दर्द। ठंढ़ा पसन्द। फेरम फॉस अनिद्रा की स्थिति में रात में न लें, दिन में लें। रक्त श्राव की स्थिति में फेरम फॉस 3x या 6x का चूर्ण लगाने तथा गर्म पानी के साथ खाने से आराम मिलता है। फेरम फॉस 3x या 6x काली फॉस 6x के साथ हर घाव को तथा फेरम फॉस 6x कैल्कैरिया फॉस 6x के साथ यकृत (liver), वृक्क या गुर्दे (kidney) और / या हृदय (Heart) के विकार से उत्पन्न शोथ को भी दूर करता है। लाल एवं गर्म रक्तस्राव। दाहिनी हथेली गर्म। सम्भोग के प्रारम्भ में कष्ट या दर्द। योनि की तीव्र खुजली एवं जलन या गर्मी। मासिक धर्म या रज:श्राव प्रायः तीन सप्ताह अर्थात् 21 दिन में ही हो जाता है।
फेरम फॉस की क्लोरोसिस में कैल्कैरिया फॉस से तुलना;
सिर दर्द में नेट्रम फॉस से तुलना;
बहुमूत्र या मूत्रमेह या मूत्राधिक्य में नेट्रम सल्फ से तुलना;
जंघा सन्धि प्रदाह में कैल्कैरिया सल्फ से तुलना;
प्रदाह में बेलाडोना से लेकिन प्रदाह के प्रारम्भ में एकोनाइट से तुलना करनी चाहिए।
ज्ञातव्य है कि फेरम फॉस में न तो एकोनाइट की बैचेनी और न ही जेल्सीमियम के जैसी सुस्ती एवं तन्द्रालुता ही रहती है। यह दोनों के बीच की औषधि है।
फेरम फॉस की तुलना प्रादाहिक रोगों में अर्निका एवं हिपर सल्फर से तथा श्वास रोगों में फास्फोरस से की जाती है।
सिर दर्द में नेट्रम फॉस, बहुमूत्र में नेट्रम सल्फ, बबासीर में कैल्कैरिया फ्लोर, रक्ताल्पता में कैल्कैरिया फॉस तथा डिफ्थीरिया एवं प्रदाह आदि रोगों में कैली म्यूर का प्रयोग फेरम फॉस के बाद या साथ में ही किया जाता है।
फेरम फॉस एण्टिसोरिक तथा एण्टिट्युबरक्युलर औषधि है।
फेरम फॉस (Ferrum Phos) का पूरा नाम फेरम फॉस्फोरिकम (Ferrum Phosphoricum) तथा सामान्य नाम आयरन फॉस्फेट या फॉस्फेट ऑफ आयरन है।
माघ मास तथा मीन राशि के सूर्य में जन्म लेने से पाँव में कष्ट एवं रक्त का अभाव होता है। (20 फरवरी से 20 मार्च तक सायन सायन सूर्य)

2. काली फॉस 6x : मस्तिष्क ज्वर। भूलना। भय। भोजन से आराम। दायीं कनपट्टी का दर्द जो बायीं ओर जाती है। संगति पसन्द। आवाज से कष्ट। धड़कन। दम फूलना। स्वप्न चारिता। अनिद्रा। बग्घा लगना। मिर्गी। उड़ने, गिरने, आग, पहाड़, भूत प्रेत का सपना। दुर्गन्ध रहित चावल के धोवन-सा दस्त। धीमी गति पसन्द। स्वर भंग। लकवा एवं पागलपन को दूर करता है। भविष्य की चिन्ता या भय। चमड़े पर काला दाग या काला रक्तस्राव। मूत्रमार्ग से रक्तस्राव। काला घाव। कटी मछली के धोवन-सा दुर्गन्धित रज:श्राव। रज:श्राव के बाद तीब्र कामेच्छा।नारंगी रंग की योनि और लिकोरिया या प्रदरश्राव। लिंग तनाव रहित। अचानक पेशाब का वेग और उसे रोकना कठिन। पेशाब रास्ते या लिंग तथा मुख का लकवा। वृद्धों को बिछावन पर पेशाब हो जाना।
दमा एवं निम्न रक्तचाप में काली फॉस 3x तथा उच्च रक्तचाप में 12x अधिक उपयुक्त औषधि है।
मीठा कम पसन्द। मस्तिष्क के हिल जाने की स्थिति में काली फॉस का होमियोपैथिक प्रयोग 30 शक्ति में करना विशेष लाभप्रद होता है।
कैली फॉस का मैग फॉस, नेट्रम म्यूर, फेरम फॉस तथा केली म्यूर का विशिष्ट सम्बन्ध पाया जाता है।
शू्ल वेदना और मूत्र-स्थल में आक्षेपिक वेदना होने पर मैग फॉस का तथा पाक्षाघातिक लक्षणों की अधिकता होने पर केली फॉस का प्रयोग किया जाता है।
बड़बड़ाहट वाले प्रलाप एवं रक्त श्राव में नेट्रम म्यूर के साथ पर्याय क्रम में केली फॉस का प्रयोग किया जाता है।
उच्च प्रलाप में फेरम फॉस के साथ तथा सूतिका ज्वर में केली म्यूर के साथ केली फॉस का प्रयोग किया जाता है।
अनेक प्रकार की पीड़ाओं में कैल्कैरिया फॉस के साथ कैली फॉस के प्रयोग की आवश्यकता होती है।
फास्फोरस, फाइटोलैक्का तथा रस टॉक्स के साथ कैली फॉस के लक्षणों में बहुत समानता पायी जाती है।
मानसिक लक्षणों में पल्सेटिला के साथ,
किडनी के लक्षणों में मैग फॉस के साथ तथा
स्नायविक लक्षणों में काफिया, कैमोमिला, इग्नेशिया एवं हायोसियामस के साथ कैली फॉस की तुलना की जा सकती है।
नाड़ी-मण्डल या स्नायु संस्थान के रोगों में साइलीशिया के साथ केली फॉस की तुलना की जाती है।
मासिक श्राव के समय सिर दर्द में जेल्सीमियम, पल्सेटिला एवं सिमिसिफ्यूगा (एक्टिया रेसोमेसा) के साथ; स्नायुओं की उत्तेजना को कम या शिथिल करने के लिए इग्नेशिया एवं काफिया के साथ; स्नायविक रोगों में फॉसफोरस के साथ तथा रक्त के भीतर परिवर्तन के लक्षण रहने पर रस टॉक्स के साथ कैली फॉस की तुलना की जाती है।
कैली फॉस एण्टिसोरिक तथा एण्टि ट्युबरक्युलर औषधि है।
कैली फॉस (Kali Phos) को केली फॉस या काली फॉस भी कहा जाता है। इसका सामान्य नाम फॉस्फेट ऑफ पोटाश है। इसे पोटाशियम फॉस्फेट भी कहा जाता है। इसे कैलियम फॉस्फोरिकम नाम से भी जाना जाता है।
मेष राशि, सायन सूर्य 21 मार्च से 19 अप्रैल तक का समय, फाल्गुन मास तथा सिर का क्षेत्र प्रभावित होने पर काली फॉस उपयोगी है।

3. कैल्कैरिया फॉस 6x : खट्टा पसन्द। कल्ला ऐंठना। लेटने से आराम। टेढ़ी, टूटी हुई या कमजोर हड्डी । दाँतों में खोंढ़र। प्रातःकालीन तथा अण्डे की सफेद जल-सा लिकोरिया। मासिक धर्म या रज: श्राव प्रायः दो सप्ताह अर्थात् 15 दिनों में ही हो जाता है। रज:श्राव के पूर्व तीब्र कामेच्छा। हस्त मैथुन की प्रवृत्ति। समलैंगिकता। बारम्बारता मन:स्नायु विकृति (Obsesive Compulsive Neurosis). पढ़ाई से थकान। विद्यार्थियों और मुख्यतः छात्राओं का सिर दर्द। नाक का अगला छोर ठंडा। हाथ पांव में सुन्नता, रेंगने की अनुभूति एवं शीतलता। शरीर के अंगों में सूजन की अनुभूति। यात्रा पसन्द लेकिन घर लौटना या स्थान परिवर्त्तन पसन्द। मौसम परिवर्त्तन से कष्ट। सिर दर्द में सिर का ऊपर ठंढा महसूस होता है। सिर पर टोपी वरदास्त नहीं। जल शीर्षता। बच्चों के सिर के ऊपरी भाग में प्रायः कड़ापन नहीं रहता और वह स्थान देर से भरता है। तला या सूखा मांस तथा रोटी पसन्द। भोजन के बाद कष्ट होता है। नेट्रम म्यूर में भोजन नहीं करने से जल्द परेशान नहीं होता है और खाने के बाद भी दुबला होता जाता है। काली फास खाना खाने से प्रायः आराम महसूस करता है। कैल्कैरिया फास के मुख का स्वाद फीका होता है। आवाज़ के साथ दुर्गन्धित पाखाना। कण्ठ का जलन। थूक निगलना कठिन। अफरा। दूध की बनी वस्तु ठीक, लेकिन दूध नहीं पचे मुख्यतः रात्रि में। पेट के बल लेटना और आराम पसन्द। घर और घर से बाहर गये परिजनों की विशेष चिन्ता। वृद्धावस्था के कब्ज एवं लगातार उपयोग करने की स्थिति में कैल्कैरिया फॉस 12x का सेवन उपयुक्त। बुखार या किसी रोग के बाद की कमजोरी में Calcaria Phos 3x देना चाहिए। नेट्रम फॉस के साथ कैल्कैरिया फॉस नहीं लिया जाता है। जिन दवाओं के साथ कैल्कैरिया फॉस का सुसम्बन्ध है, उनके साथ मध्यवर्ती दवा के रूप में प्रयोग करना उपयुक्त है। कैल्कैरिया फॉस मैग फॉस का अनुपूरक है।
कैल्कैरिया फॉस की तुलना बहुमूत्र में काली फॉस एवं नेट्रम फॉस से;
अर्श या बबासीर में फेरम फॉस से;
भगन्दर या फिश्चुला में बार्बेरिस (शल्यक्रिया के बाद कैल्कैरिया फॉस भी) से तथा हड्डी के रोग में भी कैल्कैरिया फ्लोर एवं साइलीशिया से;
भगन्दर के साथ फुफ्फुस उपसर्ग पर्याय क्रम में रहने पर फेरम फॉस एवं साइलीशिया से;

बच्चों के रोगों एवं वृद्धावस्था में बैरायटाकार्ब से तथा वृद्धौं की बीमारी में सिम्फाइटम से;
गोरे, मोटे, अधिक पसीना वाले, ठण्डे एवं नम पाँव वाले बच्चों के रोगों में कैल्कैरिया कार्ब से तुलना करके औषधि का चयन करें।
कैल्कैरिया फॉस एण्टि-सोरिक, एण्टि-साइकोटिक एवं एण्टि-ट्युबरक्युलर औषधि है।
यह कार्बोएनामेलिस, हिपर सल्फर तथा रूटा की अनुपूरक औषधि है।
कैल्कैरिया फॉस (Calcaria Phos) का सामान्य नाम फॉस्फेट ऑफ लाईम है। इसे कैल्कैरिया फॉस्फोरिका एवं कैल्शियम फॉस्फेट भी कहा जाता है।
मकर राशि, मार्ग शीर्ष या अगहन माह, 22 दिसम्बर से 20 जनवरी के मध्य का समय तथा हड्डी एवं घुटने के भाग कैल्कैरिया फॉस के क्षेत्र में आते हैं।

4. मैगनीशिया फॉस 6x : मीठा, गर्मी एवं सेंकना पसन्द। जबड़ा अकड़ना। दायें कंधे तथा बायीं आँख का दर्द।
एक वस्तु का कई विम्ब दीखना। प्रसव के बाद रोटी हरा दीखना। स्वतः बुदबुदाना। नशा सेवन करना। आँखों में खुजलाहट तथा आँसू आना।
रीढ़ की हड्डी में गर्मी का अनुभव। शरीर का काँपना या लेखकों का हाथ काँपना। मेन्स या रज:श्राव के पूर्व नाभि के चारों ओर घूमता हुआ तीब्र दर्द जो रज:श्राव होने पर धीरे-धीरे घटता है।
मैग फॉस में थोड़े दबाव या स्पर्श से वेदना या कष्ट बढ़ता है, लेकिन अधिक दबाव से घटता है, लेकिन कैल्कैरिया फॉस में हर स्थिति में दबाव से कष्ट बढ़ता है।
मैग फॉस तथा कैल्कैरिया फॉस की क्रिया बहुत समानता रहने के कारण शरीर में मैग फॉस का अभाव होने पर प्रकृति कैल्कैरिया फॉस से कुछ अंश लेकर मैग फॉस के अभाव की पूर्ति करती है, इसीलिए मैग फॉस के प्रयोग से सभी लक्षण दूर होते हैं।
मैग फॉस की कमी से पाकस्थली की पेशियाँ सिकुड़ जाती है जिसे रोकने के लिए प्रकृति पेट में गैस बना देती है जिससे पाकस्थली में तनाव के कारण पेट में शू्ल का दर्द हो जाता है, जो मैग फॉस के प्रयोग से दूर हो जाता है।
मैग फॉस का फेरम फॉस के साथ विपरीत सम्बन्ध है, क्योंकि फेरम फॉस को ठण्ड लेकिन मैग फॉस को गर्मी पसन्द है। फेरम फॉस को परमाणु क्रिया की गड़बड़ी से सभी तन्तु संकुचित होते हैं लेकिन मैग फॉस के परमाणु क्रिया की गड़बड़ी से सब अणु संकुचित होते हैं। अतः अंगों में खिंचाव, अकड़न तथा स्नायविक कारणों से उत्पन्न रोगों में मैग फॉस से लाभ मिलता है।
पाकस्थली के वाम भाग में गैस के साथ हृदय रोग में मैग फॉस बहुत लाभदायक है। उदर वेदना में रोगी टहलने के लिए बाध्य हो जाता है, जिससे आराम मिलता है।
गर्दन एवं पीठ के रोगों में 3x से लाभ नहीं होने पर उच्च शक्ति का प्रयोग होता है।
अत्यधिक खुजली में मैग फॉस के मरहम से लाभ नहीं होने पर कैल्कैरिया फॉस के मरहम का पर्याय क्रम में उपयोग करना चाहिए।
कैल्कैरिया फॉस मैग फॉस की पूरक (शेष कार्य को पूरा करने वाली) औषधि है।
मैग फॉस की तुलना शूल दर्द में कैल्कैरिया फॉस के साथ; मिर्गी में कैल्कैरिया फॉस, कैली म्यूर तथा साइलीशिया के साथ; सिर दर्द में खास कर सिर के पिछले भाग से आँख तक दर्द फैलने पर साइलीशिया के साथ, जबकि गर्म प्रयोग से कष्ट घटता है; और इसी तरह उदरामय, होठ में छाले तथा होठ फटने पर अन्य औषधियों का मैग फॉस से तुलना करना चाहिए।
प्रदाह जनित शूल वेदना में फेरम फॉस के साथ, पित्त शू्ल में नेट्रम सल्फ के साथ, अम्ल शू्ल में नेट्रम फॉस के साथ तथा मूत्राशय शू्ल में कैल्कैरिया फॉस के साथ मैग फॉस का पर्याय क्रम में प्रयोग किया जाता है।
स्नायविक लक्षणों में मैग फॉस एवं कैली फॉस दोनों ही प्रभावकारी है। मैग फॉस में अकड़न के लक्षण गर्मी से घटते हैं, लेकिन कैली फॉस उससे विपरीत लक्षणों में लाभप्रद है।
शूल दर्द में कोलोसिन्थ से तथा वायु संचय जनित शू्ल दर्द में डायस्कोरिया से मैग फॉस से प्रतियोगिता है।
ऋतु शू्ल में तथा प्रसव के दर्द में मैग फॉस पल्सेटिला, सिमिसिफ्यूगा तथा बाईबर्नम के समान प्रभावशाली है, परन्तु मैग फॉस का कष्ट गर्म प्रयोग से घटता है, जबकि अन्य औषधियों में ठण्ड से।
स्नायविक दर्द में मैग फॉस आर्सेनिक का प्रतियोगी है और दोनों के रोग लक्षण गर्मी से घटता है।
श्लैष्मिक बाधक दर्द में मैग फॉस की तुलना बोरेक्स से करनी चाहिए।
आक्षेप में मैग फॉस का प्रयोग प्रायः बेलाडोना के बाद ही किया जाता है। मैग फॉस का प्रभाव बेलाडोना जैसा ही होता है।
मैग फॉस का विषघ्न (Anti dote) जेल्सीमियम तथा लैकेसिस होता है।
मैग फॉस एण्टि-साइकोसिक है।
मैग फॉस (Mag Phos) का सामान्य नाम फॉस्फेट ऑफ मैग्नीशिया तथा अन्य नाम मैग्नीशियम फॉस्फोरिकम है।
आषाढ़ मास, सिंह राशि, 22 जुलाई से 21 अगस्त तक के मध्य तथा हृदय एवं चेतना संस्थान मैग्नीशिया फॉस के क्षेत्र में आते हैं।
सामान्य रूप से या तीव्रता से स्थान परिवर्तनशील दर्द में मैग फॉस की तुलना कैली सल्फ से करनी चाहिए, जबकि कैली सल्फ के रोगी को ठण्ड से आराम होता है और यह अन्तर ध्यान में रखना आवश्यक है।
मैग फॉस दुबले-पतले, जीर्ण-शीर्ण, अत्यंत स्नायविक तथा हल्के रंग वाले मनुष्यों के लिए विशेष उपयोगी औषधि है।
सब प्रकार के ज्वरों में अकड़न रोकने के लिए मैग फॉस सर्वोत्तम औषधि है।
हृदय शूल में मैगनीशिया फॉस 3x का उपयोग आवश्यकतानुसार काली फॉस 6x और / या फेरम फॉस 6x के साथ या अदल बदल कर करें। रात्रि में मुख्यतः 7 बजे भोजन के बाद जाड़ा लगना।

5. नेट्रम फॉस 6x : झागदार पेशाब, पाखाना एवं रक्त श्राव या अन्य श्राव। पढ़ते समय ऊँघना। नींद में खर्राटा। शीत पित्त या जुल पित्ती समूचे शरीर में। खट्टा डकार। किनारों में दाँतों के दाग युक्त पीली क्रीम जैसी जिह्वा। जुलपित्ती या रक्तपित्त में, ब्लड शुगर या मधुमेह में काली फॉस के साथ लक्षणानुसार अदल बदल कर लें। स्त्री पुरुषों की नपुंसकता, स्वप्नदोष, पानी-सा वीर्यश्राव, मृतक या साँप का सपना, खर खर ध्वनि से किसी व्यक्ति की उपस्थिति की आशंका या भय।
नेट्रम फॉस रक्त-शर्करा (Blood sugar) नामक मधुमेह या बहुमूत्र की मुख्य औषधि है।
पीलिया में नेट्रम फॉस 1x अधिक लाभदायक होता है।
कृमि रोग में नेट्रम फॉस 6x का तरल पिचकारी द्वारा गुदा में डाला जाता है।
शिशुओं के उदरामय या दस्त में नेट्रम फॉस के साथ कैल्कैरिया फॉस की तुलना अम्ल एवं दुर्गन्ध के आधार पर होती है।
शुक्र क्षय के बाद पीठ एवं घुटने दोनों की कमजोरी में नेट्रम म्यूर के साथ नेट्रम फॉस की तुलना करनी चाहिए।
पानी पीने के बाद खाँसी में नेट्रम फॉस के साथ साइलीशिया की तुलना करनी चाहिए।
शिशुओं के खट्टी गन्ध वाली टट्टी में नेट्रम फॉस की तुलना कैल्कैरिया कार्ब और रियुमेक्स से की जानी चाहिए।
सम्पूर्ण शरीर में खुजली होने पर नैट्रम फॉस की तुलना आर्टिका युरे़न्स, डोलीकास तथा सल्फर के साथ की जानी चाहिए।
अम्लता प्रधान गठिया वात रोग में कॉलचिकम, बेन्जोइन तथा लाइकोपोडियम के साथ नेट्रम फॉस की तुलना की जाती है।
सीपिया तथा एपिस मेल दोनों औषधियाँ नैट्रम फॉस के दोषघ्न (Anti-dote) हैं।
नैट्रम फॉस एण्टिसाइकोटिक औषधि है।

6. नेट्रम म्यूर 6x : नमक, मिर्च एवं चवल पसन्द। रोटी नापसन्द। दूसरे का कष्ट खुद भोगने की इच्छा। झूठ बोलना या चोरी करने की इच्छा या चोरी करने जैसा अपराध बोध। स्वप्न में चोरों का सपना और जगने पर उसे ढ़ूंढ़ना। ऊँघना लेकिन नींद से जगने पर जल्द नींद नहीं आना। धूप चढ़ाने पर मुख्यतः प्रातः 9 बजे से अपराह्न 3 बजे तक कष्ट वृद्धि। पानी से भरे फफोले। लोगों के सामने पेशाब करना संभव नहीं।पेशाब करने के बाद कमर दर्द होना (लाईकोपोडियम में पेशाब करने के बाद कमर दर्द घट जाता है)। सिर में रूसी एवं पीछे का सरदर्द। सान्त्वना से कष्ट। खिड़की या छत से कूद कर आत्महत्या की इच्छा। फूट-फूट कर रोना। पेशाब में जलन एवं दर्द। जीभ के बीच में केश का अनुभव एवं बुलबुले। लार टपकना या बहना। कमर से ऊपर दुबलापन खूब खाने के बाद भी। भूखे रहना पसन्द। जोड़ों पर गोलाकार दाद दिनाय। जननांगों का बाल पहले पकना और झड़ना। योनि का रंग भूरा या हल्का सफेद-सा। योनि सूखी हुई। खाँसने-छींकने से पेशाब होना। ( सिर दर्द एवं बुखार के समय इस दवा का प्रयोग वर्जित है। )
कीट दंश की प्रथमावस्था में फेरम फॉस और कैली फॉस के प्रयोग से जलन आदि दूर हो जाने के बाद नेट्रम म्यूर के प्रयोग से सभी उपसर्ग दूर हो जाते हैं।
कीट दंश में नेट्रम म्यूर की तुलना लीडम से की जाती है।
बिच्छू के काटने पर नेट्रम म्यूर के 1:100 भाग के घोल की एक बूँद आँख में डालने से लाभ होता है।
युवतियों के मासिक श्राव के समय सिर दर्द होने पर नेट्रम म्यूर के साथ पर्याय क्रम में कैल्कैरिया फॉस एवं फेरम फॉस का प्रयोग लाभप्रद सिद्ध होता है।
युवतियों के ऋतु कालीन सिर दर्द में कैल्कैरिया फॉस से नेट्रम म्यूर की विशेष समानता है।
ऋतु काल में अत्यधिक रक्तस्राव होते रहने पर नेट्रम म्यूर की तुलना केली सल्फ के साथ करनी चाहिए।
इयुस्टेशियन नली एवं कर्ण पटल की नली में पीब होने की स्थिति में नेट्रम म्यूर की तुलना केली म्यूर तथा केली सल्फ के साथ की जाती है।
चित्तोन्मत्तता (हाइयोकाण्ड्रिया) के साथ अजीर्णता के लक्षण में नेट्रम म्यूर की तुलना नेट्रम सल्फ के साथ आवश्यक है, लेकिन नेट्रम म्यूर में कब्ज तथा नेट्रम सल्फ में उदरामय पाया जाता है।
जीभ के बीच में केश होने का अनुभव नेट्रम म्यूर में होता है, परन्तु अगले भाग में साइलीशिया में होता है।
बड़बड़ाहट के साथ प्रलाप की स्थिति में केली फॉस एवं नेट्रम म्यूर दोनों का प्रयोग पर्याय क्रम में होता है।
मुँह में पानी आने पर नेट्रम म्यूर के साथ नेट्रम फॉस एवं नेट्रम सल्फ की तुलना करनी चाहिए, क्योंकि नेट्रम म्यूर में स्वच्छ तथा स्वादहीन पानी, नेट्रम फॉस में अम्लीय, जलन कारक एवं दुर्गन्धित पानी तथा नेट्रम सल्फ में तिक्त (तीता), दुर्गन्धित एवं पर्याप्त मात्रा में हर श्लेष्मा युक्त पानी आता है।
एपिस मेल तथा अर्जेण्टिकम् नाइट्रिकम ये दोनों नेट्रम म्यूर की पूरक औषधि है।
नेट्रम म्यूर के बाद पुराने रोग की स्थिति में सीपिया तथा सल्फर के प्रयोग की आवश्यकता होती है।
अत्यधिक नमक खाने के दुष्परिणाम में नेट्रम म्यूर के समान ही फास्फोरस की भी आवश्यकता होती है।
समुद्र स्नान के दुष्परिणाम में नेट्रम म्यूर के समान ही आर्सेनिक का भी प्रयोग किया जाता है।
श्लैष्मिक झिल्ली की शुष्कता में नेट्रम म्यूर की तुलना एलुमिना एवं ब्रायोनियाँ से की जानी चाहिए।
ऋतु श्राव के समय युवतियों के सिर दर्द में नेट्रम म्यूर की तुलना कैल्कैरिया फॉस और फेरम फॉस के साथ की जाती है।
आर्सेनिक तथा फॉस्फोरस नेट्रम म्यूर का विषघ्न (Anti-dote) है।
नेट्रम म्यूर एण्टिसोरिक, एणसिफलेटिक तथा एण्टसायोकेटिक औषधि है।
नेट्रम म्यूर (Nat Mure) साधारण नमक है। इसे सोडियम क्लोराइड या नेट्रम म्यूरेटिकम कहते हैं।
पौष या पूस माह, कुम्भ राशि, 21 जनवरी से 19 फरवरी तक की अवधि तथा टखने तक पिण्डलियाँ एवं चेतना तन्तु नेट्रम म्यूर के क्षेत्र में आते हैं।

7. नेट्रम सल्फ : मछली या पानी में उत्पन्न किसी भी चीज का भोजन करने से कष्ट वृद्धि। किसी भी करवट मुख्यतः बायीं ओर लेटने से कष्ट। सिर के पीछे या कहीं भी नया या पुराना चोट (मुख्यतः रक्तस्राव रहित जिसमें शक्तिकृत Arnica M का भी उपयोग होता है) के कारण सिरदर्द या blood cancer का प्रभाव। आत्महत्या की प्रवृत्ति। मुख का स्वाद तीता। रक्त कैंसर में 3x, पुराने चोट या होमियोपैथिक प्रयोग में 200 शक्ति उचित है। इस दवा को रक्तस्राव की स्थिति में लेने से रोगी की मृत्यु हो सकती है। अतः रक्तस्राव की स्थिति में नहीं लें।
चैत्र मास या वृष राशि के सूर्य में (20 अप्रैल से19 मई तक) कण्ठ, गर्दन एवं मष्तिष्क रोग में नेट्रम सल्फ।
नेट्रम सल्फ चेचक हैजा एवं मलेरिया आदि बुखार की प्रतिषेधक औषधि है तथा संक्रमण फैलाने की जानकारी के बाद नित्य प्रातः इसकी एक खुराक से भी रोग सहज साध्य हो जाता है तथा रोगी की रक्षा होती है। हैजा में नैट्रम सल्फ 3x प्रातःकाल एक बार लेना हितकर है, इसे दो बार भी ले सकते हैं।
चर्मरोग में नेट्रम सल्फ के बाद नैट्रम म्यूर का प्रयोग उपयोगी होता है।
दमा में साइलीशिया के साथ नेट्रम सल्फ की तुलना की जाती है।
धातुगत साइकोटिक रोग की चिकित्सा में थूजा नेट्रम सल्फ की अनुपूरक औषधि है और इन दोनों औषधियों के ह्वास एवं वृद्धि में भी समानता है।
साइकोटिक रोग में आर्सेनिक का प्रयोग नये रोग की चिकित्सा के रूप में की जाती है तथा नेट्रमसल्फ आर्सेनिक की प्रतिपूरक ( Complement ) औषधि है।
नेट्रम म्यूर एवं सल्फर के अनेक लक्षण नेट्रम सल्फ में भी पाये जाते हैं।
खाँसी में नेट्रम सल्फ की तुलना ब्रायोनियाँ से की जाती है, लेकिन अंतिम अवस्था में जब खाँसी के समय छाती नहीं दबाने से मानो फटकर बाहर आने की अनुभूति हो रही हो, उस समय दोनों का प्रयोग किया जाता है।
आँखों के पुराने कष्टों में नेट्रम सल्फ की तुलना ग्रेफाइटिस से की जाती है।
नेट्रम सल्फ एण्टि-सोरिक, एणटि-सिफलेटिक तथा एण्टि-सायोकेटिक औषधि है।
नेट्रम सल्फ (Nat Sulph) का पूरा नाम नेट्रम सल्फ्यूरिकम तथा सामान्य नाम सल्फेट ऑफ सोडा या ग्लूबर्स साल्ट है। इसे सोडियम सल्फेट भी कहते हैं।
चैत्र मास, वृष राशि, 20 अप्रैल 21 मई के बीच की अवधि, गर्दन, कण्ठ तथा मष्तिष्क नेट्रम सल्फ के क्षेत्र में आता है।
सम्बंधित होमियोपैथिक दवा : Graphitis., Bryonia alba., Stilingia.
8. काली सल्फ 6x : सायं काल से अर्द्ध रात्रि तक तथा मुख्यतः कमरे में एवं गर्मी में खुजली या अन्य कष्ट वृद्धि।
मोतियाबिंद एवं आँख की पुतली की अस्वच्छता में नेट्रम म्यूर के साथ काली सल्फ का सेवन किया जाता है। सर्दी की तृतीयावस्था में कैली सल्फ का प्रयोग किया जाता है और प्रथमावस्था में फेरम फॉस के साथ प्रयोग किया जाता है।
नवीन ज्वर में 6x तथा पुराने ज्वर में 12x का प्रयोग करना चाहिए।
कैली सल्फ 6x तथा 12x कैली म्यूर के अवशिष्ट (छोड़े गये) कार्य को पूरा करता है।
रोग की पुरानी अवस्था में कैली सल्फ की उच्च शक्तियों का व्यवहार किया जाता है।
सूखे चर्मरोग में कैली सल्फ 2x के मलहम का प्रयोग किया जाता है।
ज्वर एवं प्रादाहिक रोगों में फेरम फॉस के साथ कैली सल्फ को पर्याय क्रम में देने से इस औषध की अच्छी क्रिया होती है।
शू्ल वेदना में मैग फॉस के बाद कैली सल्फ की अच्छी क्रिया होती है।
खुजली एवं त्वचा का रंग लाल होने पर साइलीशिया के साथ कैली सल्फ की तुलना करनी चाहिए।
सर्दी तथा श्वसन यन्त्रों के रोग में कैली म्यूर तथा नेट्रम म्यूर के साथ कैली सल्फ की तुलना करनी चाहिए। बधिरता, वक्षःस्थल में भारी घड़घड़ाहट तथा पाकस्थली की वेदना या कष्ट में नेट्रम म्यूर के साथ कैली सल्फ की तुलना आवश्यक है।
पल्सेटिला के अनेक लक्षणों में कैली सल्फ से समानता है, अतः यह इसके निकट की औषधि है। पल्सेटिला और कैली सल्फ के श्राव एवं ह्वास-वृद्धि में कोई अन्तर नहीं होता है लेकिन दोनों की मानसिक अवस्था में बहुत अन्तर है।
पल्सेटिला का मिजाज शान्त, धीर एवं गम्भीर होता है लेकिन कैली सल्फ का चिड़चिड़ा होता है।
पल्सेटिला की अपेक्षा कैली सल्फ क्रिया गहरी एवं स्थाई होती है।
पल्सेटिला से लाभ नहीं होने पर कैली सल्फ के प्रयोग से आश्चर्यजनक लाभ होता है।
केली म्यूर के बाद भी प्रायः कैली सल्फ का ही प्रयोग किया जाता है।
कैली सल्फ एण्टिसोरिक तथा एण्टिट्युबरक्युलर औषधि है।
श्रावण या सावन माह, कन्या राशि, 22 अगस्त से 21 सितम्बर तक की अवधि तथा पेट कैली सल्फ के क्षेत्र में आते हैं।

9. काली म्यूर 6x या 12x : डॉक्टरों का कष्ट। जिह्वा पर सफेद, भूरा या गन्दा लेप। कोलतार सा काला एवं थोड़ा मेन्स तथा दूध सा लिकोरिया ( प्रदरश्राव )। स्थान परिवर्तन करनेवाला ट्यूमर। जिह्वा का ठण्डापन मुख्यतः सायंकाल में। घावों या मुँहासे से सफेद पेस्ट या तार-सा पदार्थ निकलना।
फेरम फॉस के प्रादाहिक रोगों की प्रारंभिक अवस्था में तथा काली म्यूर द्वितीयावस्था में लाभ प्रद होती है।
नेट्रम म्यूर के गुणों से भी काली म्यूर की बहुत समानता है।
कैली म्यूर का अन्य औषधियों के साथ पर्याय क्रम में सेवन उन औषधियों की क्रिया को बढ़ाता है तथा यह सभी धातु का संशोधन करने वाला अर्थात् त्रिदोषनाशक (एण्टिसोरिक, एणसिफलेटिक एवं एण्टसायोकोटिक) होता है।
कैली म्यूर के समान ही कैल्कैरिया फॉस भी गहरी क्रिया करनेवाली और इसके साथ तुलना करने योग्य है।
कैली म्यूर से रोग समाप्त नहीं होने पर कैल्कैरिया सल्फ की आवश्यकता होती है ।
नेट्रम म्यूर एवं साइलीशिया के साथ केली म्यूर का सम सम्बन्ध है। गनोरिया में नेट्रम म्यूर से तुलना होती है।
कैली म्यूर का फेरम फॉस के बाद तथा कैल्कैरिया सल्फ के पहले प्रयोग होता है।
सिफलिस में कैली म्यूर के बाद कैली सल्फ तथा साइलीशिया का व्यवहार किया जाता है।
प्रदाहादि रोगों की द्वितीयावस्था में कैली म्यूर के समान ही ब्रायोनियाँ (कैली म्यूर से गहरी क्रिया करनेवाली), मर्क, पल्सेटिला, सल्फर आदि का प्रयोग किया जाता है।
कैली म्यूर ( Kali Mere ) का पूरा नाम कैली म्यूरेटिकम तथा सामान्य नाम क्लोराइड ऑफ पोटाश है। इसे पोटैशियम क्लोराइड भी कहा जाता है।
बैशाख माह, मिथुन राशि, 20 मई से 21 जून के मध्य की अवधि तथा श्वसन यन्त्र एवं लसीका तन्त्र कैली म्यूर के क्षेत्र में आते हैं।

डॉ० शुश्लर ने कैल्कैरिया सल्फ के स्थान पर नेट्रम फॉस तथा साइलीशिया के प्रयोग की सलाह दी है।
कैल्कैरिया सल्फ की काली खाँसी, आमाशय, चर्मरोग और गल-गण्ड की सूजन में केली म्यूर से तुलना;
प्रदाह की तृतीयावस्था में केली सल्फ एवं साइलीशिया से तुलना;
आरक्त ज्वर में नेट्रम सल्फ से तुलना;
स्नायु शू्ल में मैग फॉस एवं केली फॉस से तुलना;
कार्निया के घाव या पीब मय ग्रन्थि, मसूड़ों के फोड़े, स्तनों के प्रदाह तथा टांसिल प्रदाह में साइलीशिया से तुलना करें।
हिपर सल्फर की अपेक्षा कैल्कैरिया सल्फ की क्रिया गहरी, दीर्घ स्थायी तथा प्रभावी होती है।
कैल्कैरिया सल्फ की पीब में कैलेण्डुला से तुलना होती है।
प्रदाह में कैली म्यूर के बाद कैल्कैरिया सल्फ का प्रयोग किया जाता है।
प्रदाहादि में सल्फर के बाद या उसके कार्य समाप्त होने पर कैल्कैरिया सल्फ का प्रयोग होता है।
सुनिर्वाचित औषधियों से लाभ नहीं होने पर सल्फर और सोरिनम के समान कैल्कैरिया सल्फ का प्रयोग होता है।
आश्विन मास, वृश्चिक राशि, 22 अक्टूबर से 21 नवम्बर तक की अवधि तथा कूल्हा कैल्कैरिया सल्फ के क्षेत्र हैं।
कैल्कैरिया सल्फ (Calc sulph) का पूरा नाम कैल्कैरिया सल्फ्यूरिकम है। इसका सामान्य नाम जिप्सम या प्लास्टर ऑफ पेरिस है। इसे कैल्शियम सल्फेट भी कहते हैं।

11. कैल्कैरिया फ्लोर 12 x : गरीबी का भय या अत्यधिक कंजूस। कड़ा और / या नीला चमड़ा या घाव का किनारा। दाँतों का हिलना। हड्डी पर का घाव या ट्यूमर। उजला मोतियाबिंद।
रस टॉक्स के असफल होने पर कैल्कैरिया फ्लोर से लाभ होता है।
कैल्कैरिया फ्लोर पीब होने पर साइलीशिया के बाद तथा सन्धिवात में कैल्कैरिया और ब्रायोनिया के बाद प्रयोग में लाया जाता है।
रक्ताल्पता में कैल्कैरिया फॉस के साथ पर्याय क्रम में इसका उपयोग होता है।
हड्डी में पीब उत्पन्न होने पर कैल्कैरिया फॉस तथा साइलीशिया के साथ कैल्कैरिया फ्लोर की तुलना की जा सकती है।
कैल्कैरिया कार्ब में भी कैल्कैरिया फ्लोर के अनेक मानसिक लक्षण दिखाई देते हैं।
फाइब्रॉइड के कड़ेपन में कैल्कैरिया आयोड तथा कैली आयोड के साथ कैल्कैरिया फ्लोर की तुलना की जा सकती है।
कठिन शोथ एवं गूमड़ में बैरायटा आयोड तथा कैल्कैरिया आयोड के साथ कैल्कैरिया फ्लोर की तुलना की जा सकती है।
श्वास नली के दुर्गन्धित श्राव में आरम एवं कैली बाइक्रोमेकम के साथ कैल्कैरिया फ्लोर की तुलना की जा सकती है।
कैल्कैरिया फ्लोर (Calc Fluor) का पूरा नाम कैल्कैरिया फ्लूरिका तथा सामान्य नाम फ्ल्युराइड ऑफ लाईम है। इसे कैल्शियम फ्ल्युराइड या कैल्कैरिया फ्ल्युरेटा भी कहा जाता है।
ज्येष्ठ माह, कर्क राशि, 22 जून से 21 जुलाई तक की अवधि तथा आमाशयिक स्नायु तंत्र एवं छाती कैल्कैरिया फ्लोर के क्षेत्र में आते हैं।

12. साइलीशिया 12x : ठण्डा पेयजल एवं भोजन, लेकिन गर्म ओढ़ना पसन्द (बालू अर्थात् ऊपर से गरम लेकिन भीतर ठण्डी प्रकृति)। अमावस्या और / या पूर्णिमा के आसपास के नये चाँद का या एकादशी के आसपास कष्ट वृद्धि। पैरों का पसीना दबने से कष्ट। घावों में ठण्डापन महसूस करना। मिर्गी या किसी अन्य कष्ट में रात्रि 2 बजे के बाद से कष्ट का बढ़ना।
सोरायसिस में मैग फॉस के साथ पर्याय क्रम में साइलीशिया का मरहम उपयोगी होता है।
पत्थर खोदने वालों की बीमारियों में साइलीशिया अत्यंत हितकर है।
साइलीशिया का प्रयोग कैल्कैरिया फॉस एवं कैली म्यूर के बाद किया जाता है।
स्थानानुसार स्फोटक या फोड़ा में फेरम फॉस के साथ पर्याय क्रम में साइलीशिया का प्रयोग किया जाता है।
साइलीशिया के पीब में दुर्गन्ध रहती है, लेकिन नेट्रम सल्फ में वैसी नहीं रहती है।
साइलीशिया की पीब को उत्पन्न कर तथा उसे पकाकर पूरी तैयारी की स्थिति में ला देता है, लेकिन कैल्कैरिया सल्फ इसके अलावा पीब को दूर कर आरोग्य करता है। अतः दोनों औषधियों की आपस में तुलना की जा सकती है।
कैल्कैरिया सल्फ का प्रयोग साइलीशिया के बाद ही करना चाहिए।
अश्रु प्रवाही ग्रन्थि की नली के सम्बन्ध में साइलीशिया की तुलना नेट्रम म्यूर के साथ की जा सकती है।
पल्सेटिला की पुरानी अवस्था में साइलीशिया की आवश्यकता होती है।
थूजा, पल्सेटिला, सैनिक्युला एवं फ्लोरिक एसिड ये सब साइलीशिया की परिपूरक औषधियाँ हैं।
हड्डी की बीमारी में साइलीशिया की मर्क से तुलना की जा सकती है। परन्तु मर्क के बाद साइलीशिया का प्रयोग खतरनाक है।
सिर दर्द में स्पाइजेलिया, सैंगुनेरिया तथा जेल्सीमियम के साथ साइलीशिया की तुलना की जा सकती है।
छिलौरी (Whitlow) तथा नाखून का कोना बढ़ने में साइलीशिया के निष्फल हो जाने पर प्रायः ग्रेफाइटिस लाभ दायक सिद्ध होता है।
टीके के दुष्परिणाम की अवस्था में साइलीशिया की तरह ही सामान्यतः साइलीशिया, थूजा, कैली म्यूर, सल्फर तथा मैलेण्ड्रिनम का व्यवहार किया जाता है।
पल्सेटिला तथा पिकरिक एसिड के लक्षणों से भी साइलीशिया की समता पर विचार करना चाहिए।
पल्सेटिला और कैल्कैरिया के बाद साइलीशिया का प्रयोग सफलता पूर्वक किया जाता है।
साइलीशिया का मर्क दोषघ्न (Anti-dote) है।
साइलीशिया एण्टि-सोरिक, एण्टि-सिफलेटिक तथा एण्टि-सायोकेटिक औषधि है।
साइलीशिया (Silica) को सिलिका या बालू भी कहते हैं।
कार्तिक मास, धनु राशि, 22 नवम्बर से 21 दिसम्बर तक की अवधि तथा जंघा साइलीशिया के क्षेत्र में आते हैं।

नोट : 1. इस लेख में किसी भी बायोकेमिक औषधि के लक्षणों में से किन्हीं एक लक्षण का रोगी के लक्षणों से पूर्णतया साम्य हो जाने से उन औषधियों का उपयोग करने से रोगी मनो-शारीरिक दोनों तरह से शीघ्रातिशीघ्र लाभ प्राप्त करेंगे अथवा होमियोपैथिक सिद्धांत के अनुसार निर्दोष आरोग्य के पथ पर अग्रसर होगें और उनके द्वारा प्रसन्नता का अनुभव होना रोग नाश का सूचक होगा। निर्वाचित बायोकेमिक औषधियों को खूब गर्म जल के साथ ही सेवन करें।
